iSocial is designed to bridge the knowledge & skills gap for young people in Liberia, gaps related to but not limited to social media, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, personal & professional development.
iSOCIAL is a platform designed to help businesses, career professionals, institutions & entrepreneurs understand their industry dynamics & challenges, birth ideas that will pilot & trigger there growth exponentially and foster profitable relationships and progressive networks. This platform can be expressed through Events (mainly conferences and training workshops)
Today, we have witnessed and can testify of a surge in new technologies in attracting and retaining customers in the business scene. Today we can say with all authority that one underlining factor responsible for growth in business is the ability to attract and retain a huge customer base.
From the Onset (Jan 2016) iSOCIAL had focused on social media, Social Media has proved beyond all reasonable doubts to be the right tool to attract and retain. The need to attract and retain a customer base and fan base now extend beyond business and corporate organizations or SMEs, now Civil societies, political parties, institutions, government and even faith based organizations now share this desire to attract and retain via social media. We cannot overemphasis the role of social media in our daily lives, more especially in our businesses or corporate lives. As a tool, social media must be learnt and mastered if possible, so as to yield the proper result intended for its usage.
